ACCEPTING by Francisco D. Coll
I am energy. I am a Soul. And as a Soul I move by desire. My needs are to grow and expand. I have contracted with two people to help organize a physical body so that I may fulfill my purpose here. My physical body is my vehicle while I am here. When I fulfill this opportunity I will leave my body and pass-on to the next great opportunity. I will go on, and on, without pause. I will never cease. I am a living prayer.
My loyalty to my purpose and myself is my priority. This allows me to be loyal to all things in my path. Accomplishing with fulfillment is what makes me a Wayshower and a Leader of myself. This is innate; I do not need to be taught this, I only need to unfold it . . . and relax with what I am. I do not need to “try” to create perfection; I already am perfect, for what I come to do. Even my mistakes are perfect because they are mine. Because I am willing to learn from them. This is growth, this is my destiny. This is Embracing of Delight.
Patience is easy when I know that I am moving toward my goals and Spirit’s inspiration. Patience is easy when I understand Time and timing. I first must KNOW that a lifetime is but the blinking of an eye in the perspective of eternity. I also need to understand the Soul is not in the business of wasting time; it is being in my timing that creates success and happiness. Patience for the sake of patience is an intellectual game. True connection with what I need and want, as well as a knowing that I will fulfill it, frees me to accomplish with patience. I am then willing to pay the price for success because I know what I am getting out of it. This way, if I feel I am losing my patience, I will have patience with my impatience. I will be at peace in all situations.
Inner Peace is power. Striving for peace outside will not create the peace that I seek, and trying to be a “peacemaker” only creates warmongers. However, inner peace is not about doing nothing. Inner peace is not about being a hermit. My inner peace is about energy and consistency -- whether I am involved in assertive action or if I am at rest. “I do not treat everyone the same, I am the same with everyone.” This is the essence of inner peace, and being a Peace-Lover. It means I am willing to do what it takes to have peace rather than placate or cater to something outside of myself.
Bitterness will bind me. Anything I use against myself will slow the “energy and flow” that travels though me. Bitterness comes from living someone else’s standards. It does not feel right and sooner or later I will rebel. The key is to learn from my experiences. If I do not learn I will find another way to experience an opportunity until I master it. This is karma.
All things are available to me, all I need to do is be accepting of them, and of myself. My level of self-acceptance is directly connected to my level of success as a Soul. I freely give of myself through my service; it is through great outflow that great inflow occurs. “Accepting” is freedom expressed through service. “Accepting” is the action of acceptance for my success in all things.
