Newsletter | September / October 2009

Dear Friends of the Holistic Community,

I am very excited as our Body Mind Spirit Festival will return next month at Fort Canning Centre. From Saturday October 24th to Sunday October 25th between 10am to 8pm, turn your back on stress and find your true self at this fun-filled family event to re-energise, reconnect and reflect!

So, when was the last time you felt light as a feather, unburdened by responsibilities and commitments? Well, now is the time to relax and be invigorated by the buffet of free talks, workshops and performances on display throughout the day. Most of all, take that time to spend it on yourself, as it's me-time at the Body Mind Spirit Festival.

Talks/Workshops, Demonstrations/Performances and Free Shuttle Bus Service Time Schedules will be listed in our Festival Guides. Do come early to avoid missing out on the opportunity to take home our Beautifully Designed Goodie Bags with the new BMS Logo printed on them and the Festival Guides as there are limited stocks for each day.

Another interesting news is that our event is being mentioned in a magazine called "Spring". It is a bi-monthly magazine of the North East Community Development Council (NECDC). Some 200,000 copies of the magazine are distributed per issue in the North East district: Aljunied, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Tampines, Bedok Reservoir, Eunos, Serangoon, Paya Lebar, Serangoon Gardens and Hougang. It will be out first or second week of September, so if you have a chance, grab a copy and have a read about our Body Mind Spirit Festival event.

Well, that's all for now. ENJOY reading the e-newsletter and I look forward to seeing all you wonderful people on the 24th and 25th October at Fort Canning Centre from 10am to 8pm for the Body Mind Spirit Festival.
